About
Dr. Xinhui Xiong is an educational measurement and psychometric consultant with more than 16 years of experience designing, evaluating, and improving assessment programs across education, healthcare, certification, and professional licensure.
Her expertise spans the full assessment lifecycle, from job analysis and assessment design to psychometric analysis, standard setting, equating, computer adaptive testing (CAT), automated test assembly (ATA), and AI-enhanced assessment systems.
Dr. Xiong holds a Ph.D. in Psychometrics from Fordham University, a Master of Liberal Arts in Management from Harvard University, and a master's degree in Computer Science. She combines deep psychometric expertise with artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to help organizations build scalable, efficient, and defensible assessment systems.
